Terms of Use

These terms apply to the MatchCast app, run by Anthony Mifsud, an individual based in Malta ("we", "us"). By using MatchCast you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Subscriptions

• MatchCast Pro is available as a monthly (€11.99) or yearly (€79.99) subscription, or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
• A team's subscription covers the team owner and one teammate.

What you stream

• You're responsible for what you film and stream. Only film and broadcast events, people and venues you have the right to, including any permission needed from players, parents of minors, clubs, leagues or venues.
• You must follow the rules of the platforms you stream to (Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Kick or others). We aren't responsible for those platforms or for action they take on your account.
• Don't use MatchCast to stream illegal, infringing or abusive content, or to interfere with the app or other people's use of it.
• Sponsor logos and images you add must be ones you have the right to use.

The app

We work to keep MatchCast reliable, but live streaming depends on your phone, network and the streaming platform, so we can't guarantee that every stream will be uninterrupted. MatchCast is provided "as is". We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost streams, recordings or audiences. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MatchCast in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Maltese or EU law.

Ending

You can stop using MatchCast and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for MatchCast or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
